The "Yes" Girl!
You are here...now what's next?
Alli Mang is a YES girl and has designed her life to include as much challenge, laughter and fun as possible.“We have the power to design our own lives. Sometimes all it takes is to ask different questions to nudge us out of our comfort zones and to realize that we can do it!”
Picture yourself standing in front of the shopping mall map. You identify where you are now, locate the store you want to go to, then simply walk towards your desired destination. Simple and effective, right? Why can’t achieving something more in our lives be just that simple? Decide where you want to go next and just get going. It can be. Sometimes all that is needed is a framework to draw your dreams out.
In the workshop - “I’m here now, what’s next?”, Allison will lead your group through a fun and informative goal setting session customized to each individuals’ desire.
Everyone Welcome!

Fear and Anxiety: Your Clue to Change!
Monday November 12th 2007 from 7.30–9.30pm
From author/lecturer/wellness coach, Marlene George’s bestselling book on the Nine Principles of Joyous Living, Your Life is Now! comes the subject of this interactive workshop. Fear is your emotional guidance system trying to get your attention, alerting you that what you are feeling is not serving you well. These negative emotions are hints from your Higher Self that it’s time to make some changes in your life. This workshop will facilitate the release of your fears, replacing your anxiety with confidence, choice and commitment.
You will learn:
• To clarify your fear/anxiety and what it really means to you
• To understand the messages your Higher Self sends you through your specific fears
• To identify the changes you can make to eliminate fear and anxiety
• To appreciate the present as the key to your freedom from fear
• To commit to live a life free from fear
Marlene presents this popular workshop to appreciative students from around the world.
The positive feedback from this workshop inspires Marlene to continue her work in freeing her clients, students and attendees from the fear that can focus their lives on counter productive actions, reactions and simply remaining stuck in anxiety. Her methods include exercises, meditations, creative visualizations, techniques and strategies designed to rid your live of fear and anxiety, and empower you to make the changes necessary for you to live the joyous life you are meant to live!
Freedom to Forgive or Not to Forgive!
Monday November 26th 2007 from 7.30–9.30pm
Choice is the basis of this innovative, inspiring and informative workshop on “Forgiveness.” Through examples drawn from her experience, author/ lecturer/wellness coach, Marlene George illustrates her unique point of view and how it can apply to you, and those you feel need your forgiveness, in order for you to move on. Once we acknowledge our part in a relationship, it becomes easier to understand the other’s part in it. From understanding comes forgiveness, whether it’s for someone else, or perhaps more importantly, for yourself.
You will learn:
• There is no need to forgive to feel better
• To value yourself first and to value others as well
• To discover your responsibility and accountability in every relationship
• To stop blaming others when we can choose how to feel
• To release resentment and make room for peace, joy and happiness.
Marlene George specializes in forgiveness workshops. Going against the wave of popular thinking, Marlene believes there is no need to forgive; rather we each have a need to understand why “forgiveness” is supposed to be a part of the relationship. This interactive workshop identifies the stumbling blocks to forgiveness, and then provides positive practical methods to work through the anger, blame and resentment toward someone else, or even when directed toward ourselves. Through meditations, journaling, visualizations, Marlene facilitates her original forgiveness process in this illuminating, enlightening and innovative workshop.

Through meditations, journaling, visualizations, Marlene facilitates her original forgiveness process in this illuminating, enlightening and innovative workshop
Single Workshop Price:
$20 advance order or $25 at the door
Special Three Workshops:
$45 advance order or $55 at the door
