Poem by Risa Y.L. - St. Marguerite d’Youville
Never Again
Never again will there be another,
Who holds my heart so dear.
Never again will I experience such a great love as yours,
So amazingly pure,
So exquisite,
So perfect.
Never again could anyone compare,
To the memories we’ve made,
To the secrets we share.
Never again would there be such a joy bestowed on me,
Than the scent of your mere presence,
Than the caressing nature of your voice or,
Than the gentle kiss of your lips.
Never again will anyone make me laugh and smile,
Than the way you do,
When you smile and your eyes disappear,
When you get so confused over things so simple.
Never again could there be a person,
Who makes me feel so wanted,
So special,
So vulnerable,
So needed.
Never again will someone hold a place in my heart,
As much as you do,
My fairy.
Never again.
